Recipe of Acai in the Bow by Mr Cook

Ingredients:

400g frozen acai
1 chopped banana
Juice of 1 orange
Refined sugar or sweetener

Directions

In a blender, place the acai, banana, orange juice and sugar.
Beat until it is homogeneous, but without letting the pulp melts completely.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients should be tapped quickly to obtain a frozen dessert with a few flakes of ice, and not a liquid.
Mix the pulp with other fruits such as strawberries, kiwi, etc..
