Cajuzinho (from
caju, "cashew", literally, "little cashew") 1 can sweetened
condensed milk One tablespoon
unsalted butter 1 cup skinless
peanuts roasted and ground (you can use cashew as well) Granulated sugar
for rolling
Directions:
Place in a deep
saucepan the condensed milk, butter and peanuts Cook over medium
heat while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon Cook until obtain
a smooth, sticky texture (takes about 10 minutes) Place in a
container and let it cool well. Grease hands with
butter and make small balls. Involving the
small balls in balls granulated sugar and place on paper molds (small
cup cakes molds)
