Carrot Cake

Ingredients

1 / 2 cup (tea) oil
3 medium carrots grated
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1 / 2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder

Top
1 tbsp (tablespoons) butter
3 tablespoons powdered chocolate
1 cup sugar
If you want a top soft add 5 tablespoons of milk

Directions:

Carrot Cake          
Blender the carrot, eggs and oil first. Add the sugar and beat for about 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything except the baking powder.
Add the baking and mixed slowly with a spoon
Bake in preheated oven (l80 ° C) for 40 minutes
For topping, combine all ingredients, light the fire, make a syrup and place on top of the cake
