Directions:
In a saucepan add a little bit of
olive oil or butter or margarine. Wait until hot then add the garlic,
onion and tomatoes. When they are golden, add the chicken pieces. Cook
for 5 min then add the cream cheese or onion soup, tomato sauce, rice
and vegetables.
Mix everything and put enough water to cook meat and vegetables. Add
salt and pepper. When they are cooked, add chives.
