Directions:
Heat the milk in the microwave for about 25 seconds, until it is warm
Mix
the yeast and 150g of flour with the milk. Cover and let rest in a warm
place for about 30 minutes (maybe near the oven on).
Lightly warm water and mix with sugar and salt
Take an egg, beat the egg whites and mix with the yolk with water and
remaining flour
Mix well and then add the yeast mixed.
Knead for about 5 minutes and add the melted margarine
Knead well for over 20 minutes
If the dough is too sticky, add more flour gradually until it
begins to come unglued from the hands
Put the dough in a bowl and cover, let rest in a warm place for about
40 minutes or until double in size
Divide the dough into equal portions, make balls and put them away in a
baking pan lightly floured
Brush the egg over the breads
Bake in preheated oven at 190 ยบ C for about 25 minutes or until golden
brown breads
Tip: If you want you can garnish the bread before baking it, use ham,
cheese, olives and tomato (no seeds)
