Easy nhoque (Gnocchi)


300 ml of milk
2 cups of flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons off butter
2 tablespoons of cheese
1/2 teaspoon of salt


Beat in a blender all the ingredients until the dough is smooth
Place in a saucepan and cook until detached from the bottom of the pot
Cool, and cut cords make shaped nhoque (gnocchi).
