Cheese Bread Cake Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
100 g of parmesan cheese
3 cups of arrowroot
2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions:

Beat all ingredients in blender until gets a homogeneous mixture (except the baking powder)
Add the baking powder and beat a little bit more.
Place into a baking tray with a hole in the middle, greased with butter and flour.
Bake in preheated oven, with medium heat, until golden
Serve while still hot
